There is a fine line between advanced technology and magic. What separates them isn't mystery — it's mastery. We have spent two decades on the right side of that line.
“Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.”

The Work
AI Automation & Workflow Development
he most valuable thing we build is time. We design and implement intelligent systems that handle the work your team shouldn't be doing — processing invoices, qualifying leads, generating compliant documents, monitoring data for anomalies. These are not experiments. They are production systems running on your actual data, integrated with your existing tools, and handed over to your team fully documented and understood.
We build multi-agent systems, browser automation, document intelligence, and CRM integrations. If a task is repetitive, rule-based, or data-heavy, it can almost certainly be automated. We'll tell you honestly when it can't.
AI Consultancy & Education
inety-five percent of enterprise AI pilots fail. Not because the technology doesn't work — because someone handed the team a strategy document and wished them luck. We do it differently. Before we walk into a room, we've already found your most painful workflow and built a working prototype around it. Something your team can use the moment the session begins.
But the prototype isn't the point. Independence is. We push every client toward building their own — using AI tools to create automations, extend workflows, solve problems without waiting for the next consulting engagement. The goal isn't to make you dependent on us. It's to make you dangerous on your own.
Software Development
his is where Orange Hill started, in 2007. Decades of building web applications, mobile apps, and APIs for clients ranging from national telecoms to early-stage startups.
We created Photon CMS — a headless content management platform that powers our clients' backends and saves development teams months of work. Most of our web projects today combine Photon CMS for the API layer with Next.js on the frontend, delivering sites that are fast by architecture, not optimization.
We don't take every project. We take the ones where we can do excellent work.
The Process
Every engagement starts the same way: a Discovery Workshop where we map the problem, surface the highest-leverage opportunities, and define what success looks like in measurable terms. What happens next depends on the work.
For automation projects, we build a working prototype on your actual data before committing to a full production build — so you can see the solution working before you invest in it. For software development, that means an architectural prototype and a working proof of concept. For education and strategy, we arrive with prototypes already built around your specific pain points, so the workshop starts with something real to react to — not slides to sit through.
Every engagement ends the same way, too. We train your team to operate, extend, and own what we've built. We don't disappear after delivery — but the goal is that you won't need us to stay.
We are not a large agency. We are a focused team with a founder who writes code, runs workshops, and answers client emails directly. That means you get our full attention on your problem — not an account manager who briefs a junior team you'll never meet.
We're based in Vienna and Belgrade and work with clients worldwide. We're selective about new engagements because the work requires genuine involvement. If the fit is right, we'll tell you. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
Selected Work
Photon CMS
Headless content platform we built and maintain. Powers backends for the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, Telekom Srbija, and Bayanat AI.
ANEM
Full-stack rebuild with Photon CMS and Next.js.
Nestea / Coca-Cola
Interactive gamification campaign across Hungary, Austria, and Switzerland. Built the platform that handled the promotion end-to-end.
If you've read this far and something here resonates — a workflow that's costing you time, a team that needs to move faster, a project that needs building — the next step is a conversation. No proposal until we've spoken. No obligation after.
